Get Cultured at the Bass Museum of Art

Miami’s ever growing art scene attracts crowds from all over South Florida. Just eight minutes away from our South Beach hotel, The Bass Art Museum is a great way to fit in some culture in between the rooftop pool parties and strolling the strip. The Bass Museum of Art is a contemporary art museum in the heart of Miami Beach. Spend the day visiting permanent collections such as the European Old Masters, Rococo Court paintings, 18th-century English portraits, Flemish tapestries and the Chinese woodblock prints. The museum also has many traveling exhibits from folk art to photography to video installations such as "GOLD", which is a part of the consortium exhibition Seven Deadly Sins. If there is time, sit in on a solo artist series or educational program through the museum’s community enrichment program called bassX. After a day of being surrounded by beautiful works of art, come back to the hotel to enjoy lunch and a cocktail on our terrace.
